NOMINATIONS ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED FOR THE 2025 WOMEN OF ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS.
 

For consideration for a Woman of Achievement Award, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Be or identify as female.

2. Be 22 years of age or older.

3. Engage in professional work or volunteer activities within Pittsburgh or its neighboring regions.

4. Not currently engaged in a campaign for elected office. 

5. An exemplary Cribs for Kids Woman of Achievement embodies inspiration, having achieved remarkable success in her respective field by:

• Pioneering new paths or dismantling longstanding barriers.
• Demonstrating vision, creativity, and proactive initiative.
• Serving as a leader and role model.
• Effecting meaningful change within the tri-state area.

6. Consent to the nomination and the subsequent publication of their name, photograph, and workplace, as well as agreeing to have photographs taken by the event photographer.

7. While nominees from outside the Pittsburgh, PA, area are eligible, selected honorees will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.

8. In-person attendance at the Women of Achievement Awards Ceremony in Pittsburgh, PA, is mandatory. The specific date will be announced soon.

For consideration for a Junior Woman of Achievement Award, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Be or identify as female.

2. Be within the age range of 8 to 21.

3. Engage in schooling, volunteer work, or employment within Pittsburgh or its surrounding areas.

4. A stellar Cribs for Kids Junior Woman of Achievement serves as an inspiration, demonstrating:

• Noteworthy achievements in academics or athletics.
• Vision, creativity, and innovative thinking.
• Leadership qualities and proactive initiative.
• A dedication to volunteering and a compassionate commitment to serving others.

5. Provide consent or have parental/guardian consent (for those under 18)for their nomination and the subsequent publication of their name and photograph, and agree to have photographs taken by the event photographer.

6. Attend the Women of Achievement Awards Ceremony in person in Pittsburgh, PA. The specific date will be announced soon.
