Thank you for your interest in supporting the Cribs for Kids® Conference as a sponsor or exhibitor. Your participation helps strengthen a national dialogue focused on infant safe sleep and the shared goal of protecting babies through education, collaboration, and evidence-based practices.
This application allows us to learn more about your organization and ensure that all sponsors and exhibitors align with our mission and commitment to infant safe sleep. All submissions are carefully reviewed by the Cribs for Kids team.
If your application is accepted, additional details regarding your sponsorship level or exhibiting space—including logistics, timelines, and next steps—will be shared at a later date. We appreciate your interest in being part of this important and impactful event.
Complete this application if you are a new hospital seeking certification or a returning hospitals due to apply for re-designation.

Complete this application if multiple hospitals within your hospital's healthcare system are seeking certification and share a safe sleep policy. For more information review our webpage "Applications and Management". This application is to achieve the 5 year designation. Renewal is required every 5 years.
